H. Gray Broughton, supported by an experienced staff, can analyze, coordinate a case, and provide an expert opinion concerning a person’s employability, placeability, and earning capacity. He takes into consideration the person’s physical and mental limitations (if any), age, education, past work history, transferable skills, and other factors that affect an individual’s employability.
Gray Broughton is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Certified Case Manager with many years of experience in actually placing injured persons in jobs that are within their physical limitation. He has an extensive background in Vocational Rehabilitation and over 28 years experience. He has personally assisted over 2,000 injured workers in finding employment. He has also performed hundreds of vocational assessments regarding a person’s earning capacity and has testified in various courts numerous times. Mr. Broughton is the former Commissioner of the Department of Rehabilitation Services for the Commonwealth of Virginia
Each case is handled quickly and efficiently. Every file is well documented, and testimony is given when needed. He has qualified as an expert witness before many courts in Virginia, North Carolina and the District of Columbia.
